The most valued benefit of being a TSS Owner
This may not be common knowledge to individuals outside of franchise ownership but often the network culture within a franchise is at the top of the list of benefits franchise owners enjoy. During a recent survey with Franchise Business Review’s Franchise Satisfaction Report on the topic of Franchise Community, TSS owners ranked their support of each other at an amazing 90! (This is 9 points higher than the national average benchmark). Franchising allows you to be an individual within a network of like-minded individuals who are willing to support and lend a helping hand because they too experience the same ups and downs of the business.

To highlight how our TSS owners truly go above and beyond for each other, here is a recent story about a franchisee who needed help. It shares how Bob, a TSS owner from Oregon, helped out a fellow owner from Arizona:
In March, Adam, from the Phoenix area, put out a message to the TSS Photography community looking for help with a large photo shoot that he would be understaffed to cover. The event was in 2 weeks and he just needed one more photographer to make it successful. He noted that this was indeed no joke and he really needed the help. Without hesitation Bob immediately lent a helping hand. He jumped on a plane, flew hundreds of miles and ensured that his fellow TSS teammate had what he needed on picture day.
