TSS franchise satisfaction scores are 14% above the national average
TSS as a franchisor is continually looking to improve communication efforts. One way we go about doing this is by using Franchise Business Review’s annual Satisfaction Survey. After the survey is completed by our franchisees, FBR provides us with a full scope of information we can use to improve and shows us where we stand against other franchisors with benchmark metrics. From these results we are thrilled to announce our overall score is 79, which is 14% above the 69 FSI average (based on 357 brands surveyed). Let’s explore what this means.

Financial Opportunity
General Satisfaction
Our biggest gains are in our Core Values at 90 FSI, Franchise Community at 83 FSI, and Self-Evaluation 80 FSI. This tells us that our franchisees trust us as their franchisor, they have a great relationship and feel supported by other franchisees in the community, and they believe that their businesses are performing well.
While we weren’t far behind in our bottom three categories, we appreciate the roadmap that it gives our corporate team. We take stock in understanding what we are doing right and where we can improve. The reason we are transparent to potential or interested parties in sharing this information is due to our Core Value: We’re only successful if you’re successful.
