TSS Summer Conference 2024 Recap: Breaking Barriers and Embracing New Opportunities in Nashville

This year's TSS Summer Conference in Nashville was a resounding success, filled with inspiring sessions, exciting announcements, and unforgettable experiences. Held in the heart of Music City, the conference brought together franchisees from across the country to learn, share, and celebrate their achievements. Here are the highlights:

Breaking Out of the Box with Jack Counts Jr.

The conference kicked off with an impactful keynote from Jack Counts Jr., TSS President, who challenged photography business owners to "break out of their box." He discussed how limiting thoughts and beliefs can often hold entrepreneurs back from achieving healthy business growth. Jack encouraged attendees to think bigger, embrace change, and push beyond their comfort zones to reach new levels of success.

Exciting Announcements and New Tools

TSS is rolling out a wealth of new resources and tools to help franchisees grow their businesses. Among the exciting announcements were new sales tools via omni-channel marketing efforts, more reliable email systems, and fresh company swag to help franchisees proudly represent the TSS brand. These new tools are designed to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience, ultimately driving more sales and satisfaction.

NowCandid's New Features Unveiled

Jack Counts III, Program Manager of NowCandid, took the stage to reveal a slew of new features coming to the platform. Highlights included the introduction of custom offers, new graphics, and a redesigned retail website, all aimed at giving photographers more flexibility and creative control. These updates are set to revolutionize how franchisees manage and market their services, offering more tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of their clients.

Celebrating Outstanding Franchisees

A major highlight of the conference was the recognition of Lindsay and Steve Verdun, TSS Franchise Owners in Central Illinois, who were named Franchisee of the Year after demonstrating tremendous growth and a commitment to enhancing the franchise system. Their dedication didn't stop there—they were also honored as Mentors of the Year, reflecting their ongoing efforts to support and guide fellow franchisees.

Welcoming New President’s Club Members

The conference also saw the induction of a new President’s Club (14 in total!), including Adam Cogan of Arizona, a former member, and Reid Nixon of Greater Houston, who was welcomed as a brand-new member. This exclusive club is a testament to the hard work and success of these franchisees, who have shown exceptional leadership and business acumen.

Experiencing Nashville in True TSS Style

No trip to Nashville would be complete without a visit to the Grand Ole Opry, and TSS did it in style! Attendees not only enjoyed a show but were also treated to a backstage tour, getting a behind-the-scenes look at this legendary venue. The conference wrapped up with an evening of live music and networking on Broadway, where franchisees bonded over their shared experiences and love for photography.

Looking Forward

As the conference came to a close, there was a palpable sense of excitement for what lies ahead. With new tools, resources, and a renewed sense of purpose, TSS franchisees are well-equipped to take their businesses to new heights in the coming year. We can’t wait to see what they achieve next!

Thank you to everyone who attended and made this year’s Summer Conference a success. We look forward to seeing you at the next event and continuing to grow together as a TSS family.
