You don’t have to start at the beginning when starting a franchise business.
Today, we share a conversation with Tod Cohen and Coe Sweet. This is a bit of a spider web of franchise owners but it’s a great example of how the TSS Photography Franchise business model has longevity and still has exponential untapped growth.
For some back story, Tod Cohen has been a franchise owner for 18 years at this point. He bought his franchise business and territory from the previous owner, Paul. Over the next 18 years Tod grew the business and grew his geographic territory to such an extent he was traveling hours away to photograph jobs. Though extremely successful, managing such a large area carries additional challenges. Being Tod is part of a franchise, he knew selling a portion of his business, and seeing a return on his initial investment, could be a reality!
That’s where Coe joins the conversation. Coe had worked for Paul, the original owner, and he had done some work with Tod over the years but had gone on to be successful in his own right. But when the chance to get back in as a TSS Photography owner came about, he took it! Coe shares his experience as a new owner of a well-run established business. He speaks to the technology changes and the workflows that have made the job easier to manage in the last 18 years. And he notes how much he has enjoyed working with Tod in this transitional period.
