let’s talk training

Our training program will cover everything from volume photography, photo marketing and sales to managing employees. We provide initial and ongoing training for every skill level.

Our owners are our partners and friends. We exist solely because of our owners and we are only successful when they are successful.

Our two focused areas of training are Photography and Business Development. From there we break these components down into multiple types of initial (for new owners) and ongoing training opportunities.


initial training sessions

We invite you and anyone who will be key to your business to our corporate offices in Oklahoma City for photo software, business and marketing training. This is the foundation for your photo business and the visit gives you the chance to meet face-to-face with our expert staff so you know who to connect with in the future as you develop your business.

Photography training is based on our suggested best practices and your level of knowledge. We’ll also come to you for your first photo shoot. Our Photography & Operations staff will join you and your staff to navigate your way through your first photo day events. This is your opportunity to learn from an expert!

Initial training also includes sales training in your territory with an expert from our Growth & Success team. This team is uniquely qualified to help you identify opportunities and work through sales proposals to grow your new business.


ongoing training opportunities

  • 1v1 Sales Training – Expect ongoing sales training through weekly touchpoints such as our Lunch and Learn interact web series.

  • Webinars – Our webinars are held throughout the year on topics from picture day setup, software, sales, best practices and so much more. These sessions are FREE for owners and available as recordings via our resource site.

  • Regional Meetings – We host 1-day meetings in different locations around the country so that we can reach more owners. These events typically occur in January and February and will cover “what’s new.”

  • Summer Conference – Our annual summer conference is held each year in July. It is a 3-day event in a fun city (previous cities include Miami, Nashville and Chicago) jam packed with information and hands-on training! Conference is also a great opportunity to get to know other owners and share ideas. Plus, there are always evening activities to allow you to explore the city and we bestow our annual awards for a variety of accomplishments.

  • TSS Network – One of the best parts of being a member of a franchise is having access to others in the same business with the same brand. The TSS network of owners is a valuable asset for training, advice and support.
